Usage and content policies

At Falorin, operated by Unreal Urban Ltd, we want everyone to feel safe, welcome, and empowered to create meaningful local experiences. To ensure a respectful and positive environment, all members, organizers, and businesses must follow these guidelines when using Falorin.

1. Real People & Authentic Profiles

• You must use your real identity—no fake or impersonated accounts are allowed.
• Do not use profile photos, names, or information intended to mislead, impersonate, or deceive others.

2. Respectful Communication

• Treat all members with courtesy and respect, both in public chats and private messages.
• Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or targeted abuse of any kind is prohibited.
• Content or behavior that incites hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic is strictly forbidden.

3. No Spam or Unsolicited Promotions

• Do not send irrelevant, repetitive, or unsolicited messages.
• Promotional content is allowed only where explicitly permitted (e.g., in business event descriptions) and must not be deceptive or disruptive.
• Automated bots or scripts that send bulk messages, join activities, or harvest information are strictly prohibited.

4. Safe and Lawful Content

• You may not use Falorin to facilitate or promote illegal activity, dangerous behavior, or content that endangers others.
• Threats, violence, self-harm encouragement, or any form of criminal activity will result in account suspension and may be reported to authorities.
• All content shared must comply with local laws and regulations.

5. Privacy and Consent

• Do not post or share anyone's personal or private information (e.g., address, phone number, ID, private photos) without their explicit consent.
• Always obtain consent before posting photos or videos of other users from in-person events or hangouts.

6. Events, Hangouts, and Activities

• All events, hangouts, and activities created on Falorin must be accurately described.
• Do not create misleading events or bait-and-switch activities.
• If acting as an organizer, you are responsible for providing accurate event information and maintaining a safe, inclusive environment.
• Do not alter event content or details to mislead participants or for unauthorized commercial purposes.

7. Inappropriate Content

• Pornography, sexually explicit material, or sexually suggestive images in public areas are strictly prohibited.
• Gratuitously violent, graphic, or shocking content is not allowed.
• Child exploitation in any form results in immediate ban and reporting to authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

• Only share content (images, text, videos, etc.) that you own or have explicit permission to share.
• Do not post copyrighted or trademarked material without authorization.
• Report suspected copyright or IP infringements to [email protected].

9. Blocking, Reporting, and Enforcement

• Users can block or report members who violate these guidelines.
• Creating new accounts to circumvent bans or blocks is prohibited.
• Repeated or severe violations may result in account termination.

10. Moderation and Updates

• Falorin reserves the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
• These guidelines may be updated periodically; continued use of Falorin implies acceptance of the latest version.
