Intellectual Property Dispute Policy

Last Updated: 20/06/2025

At Falorin, operated by Unreal Urban Ltd, we value originality and respect the intellectual property rights of all creators. Our platform does not permit content that infringes on another party’s intellectual property rights. If we determine that content may be in violation, we reserve the right to remove or restrict access to it and, in cases of repeated infringement, suspend or terminate user accounts.

This policy explains how to report potential copyright and trademark infringements and what to do if your content has been removed by mistake.

1. Types of Intellectual Property Disputes

The most common intellectual property concerns on our platform involve:

  • Copyright Infringement – Unauthorized use of creative works, such as images, text, videos, or software.
  • Trademark Infringement – Unauthorized use of brand names, logos, or other marks that may cause confusion.

For more details on these rights, please refer to legal resources or consult an intellectual property attorney.

2. Copyright Policy

Falorin complies with applicable copyright laws, including the DSM Directive. If we receive a valid copyright infringement notice, we may remove or disable access to the disputed content.

Important Notice: If you knowingly misrepresent that content is infringing, you may be held liable for damages, including legal fees. If you are uncertain about a claim, we recommend seeking legal advice before submitting a report.

To report copyright infringement, please follow the instructions below.

3. Trademark Policy

We take trademark disputes seriously and may investigate claims where a business name, logo, or branding is used in a way that misleads or confuses users.

Falorin may, at its discretion, restrict or remove content that misuses a registered trademark. However, we encourage trademark owners to first reach out directly to the user who posted the content to resolve disputes before submitting a formal complaint.

To file a trademark complaint, follow the instructions in the next section.
